We are looking for an Executive Superintendent of Digital Transformation to lead the digital transformation journey of our clients and internal operations. This professional will be responsible for defining and implementing innovative digital strategies, leading the delivery of complex technology solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence in product management, DevOps/QAOps, and innovation.

  • Solid experience in leading technology, digital transformation, and product development areas.
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost optimization strategy development.
  • Strong technical background in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), software development (Node.js, C#, .NET), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and DevOps/QAOps practices.
  • Experience in solution architecture and systems integration within complex corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong people management skills, with a track record of building and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced English for communication with global stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the public sector and GovTech is a plus.
  • Additional certifications in Cloud, DevOps, and Agile Methodologies.
  • Previous experience as CTO, Head of Digital, or similar leadership roles.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of digital transformation programs in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the portfolio of digital products and projects, ensuring operational efficiency and customer-centricity.
  • Oversee the budget for the area, focusing on cost optimization and value generation for the business.
  • Define technology architectures and lead multidisciplinary agile squads.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Promote DevOps and QAOps practices to increase delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Act as an innovation agent, introducing new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working to the organization.
  • Develop and mentor technology leaders and professionals, fostering a culture of growth and diversity.
  • Support product and business areas in defining development roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
